Dandelion Chocolate

Dandelion Chocolate is a San Francisco based, small-batch “bean-to-bar” chocolate company. For their first Los Angeles location, a pop-up at the ROW DTLA, LAUN Studio designed and fabricated the retail environment using simple but sophisticated materials. A simple brass patina surrounds each free-standing display station while brass trim surrounds a pale leather counter top. The display walls are given texture with ash plywood while the back of the store features a display wall where the delicate chocolate wrappers are used as wallpaper.
